In Support of Patriotic Democratic Movements

Nine people in Hong Kong have been given between six and 10 months for participating in an illegal demonstration.

They would be sent down for a lot longer than that in Britain if they had participated in any demonstration at all once the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill were on the Statute Book.

On the anniversary of its impending Royal Assent, then they should hold a vigil for us. We shall be unable to do so here.

  1. I'd so love to see this, vigils in China for the oppressed people of Britain.

    1. In freer countries, there will soon be every reason to hold them.
