What's Wrong With Laura Pidcock?

Laura Pidcock has appointed as her Political Advisor the man whose political advice led 472 Teaching Assistants to lose 23 per cent of their pay.

Laura Pidcock's 2017 General Election literature featured the name, the face, and the words of endorsement of the Government Chief Whip at the time of the invasion of Iraq.

Laura Pidcock is too tribal and sectarian a politician for a constituency in which the Conservative candidate took 34 per cent of the vote in 2017, and in which Labour holds fewer than half of the County Council seats.

Laura Pidcock makes much of her anti-racist credentials, yet she has failed to move that Anne Marie Morris be expelled from the House of Commons for using language that would now be career-ending in South Africa or in the Southern United States.

And Laura Pidcock has taken herself off on a form of leave that does not in fact exist for Members of Parliament, during and possibly throughout the biggest political crisis in this country since the War.

But I do not stand against people. I stand for things. Therefore, I will stand for this parliamentary seat of North West Durham, if I can raise the £10,000 necessary to mount a serious campaign. Please email davidaslindsay@hotmail.com. Very many thanks.
