At Fault

They have no fault divorce in Scotland. Are divorces in Scotland free of acrimony?

The negotiation of the cash value of the marital property cannot fail to be disagreeable. The fate of children, even more so.

In Scotland, no fault divorce is the norm, and the interests of the children are deemed both to be paramount and to include seeing both parents as much as possible.

One third of the children of divorce never see their fathers again.

Think on.
