In the last few minutes, Labour has won a local council seat from UKIP in Thanet, where, having taken control of the council in May, UKIP has been merrily falling to pieces ever since.
Nigel Farage is itching to have Thanet South re-run because of the Conservatives' election expenses there. He must be mad. He would lose again, but much more heavily.
And UKIP would be over, once and for all.
