Tanks On The Lawn?

The phrase itself was coined by Harold Wilson.

But nothing about UKIP has any appeal to traditional Labour voters, and that is why it is not attracting them.

It is attracting the Tory minority, or a large section of it, in Labour areas.

That is a Tory minority for a reason.

Those are Labour areas for a reason.

  1. It is certainly attracting Labour voters-the polling proves it. You think Labour voters aren't attracted by absolute opposition to mass immigration, weak justice and welfarism?

Then you can't know them very well...

    1. The figures don't lie. Someone always did come second in those seats. Generally by emphasising those very issues, in fact. And the electoral system is pointedly not called Second Past The Post.
