A discussion on Woman's Hour about whether we need more "feminist judges". But the only definition of a feminist is that one defines oneself a feminist.
Two cases were cited, one of a man who had split from his previous partner and wanted to destroy the embryonic human beings that they had created when she had been diagnosed with ovarian cancer, the other of a woman divorcing a footballer after a very brief marriage and being awarded some eye-poppingly enormous sum of money.
I know what my answer to each of those would be. But what would be the "feminist" answer, and why?
