One Way Or The Other

It never did sound right, that listing on certain websites that will remain nameless, and which had obviously got it from each other, of the Tories in second place here at North West Durham, and the Lib Dems in third. Anyway, at least one newspaper gives it the opposite way round, although that might be a misprint, since it wouldn't be the only one. So, which is it? Purely out of interest. It makes no difference for present purposes, especially since a vote for the Lib Dems looks like it might have been a vote for the Tories after all. Nor does it make any difference for future purposes here in this constituency...

  1. Yes, it was Lib Dems second, Tories third. But you are right, it makes no difference to the next stage, none in the least.

  2. If all your supporters voted for Watts, how many was that?

  3. Could he afford another election this year? I know what your answer is going to be, "You'd have ask him?" or "Who knows?"

He did very well for an Independent, especially he seems to have cost Ukip their deposit. A done deal, Mr. Lindsay? Your turn next?
