All Right, Jack?

There was a by-election at Leyton in 1965. Look it up. And who decides to waive the all-women shortlist so that Jack Dromey, husband of Harriet Harman, can be parachuted into a safe seat? Why, Harriet Harman, of course.

But since it is in London, even if hardly one of the parts best-known to Fleet Street or the BBC, there is a fuss. So will he be cast off onto somewhere too far away to matter? Such as - oh, I don't know - North-West Durham? After all, who decides to waive the all-women shortlist so that Jack Dromey, husband of Harriet Harman, can be parachuted into a safe seat? Why, Harriet Harman, of course.

We'll be waiting.

  1. I am disgusted this happened - the British navy within 50 feet of waterborne African savages attacking British citizens & they did nothing.

Disgusted that the MoD lied about it claiming they had merely "found" their boat in open water later.

And disgusted with our media who have decided that the uselessness of the British navy against one speedboat & their deliberate lying about it is barely worth reporting.

When the barbarians reach the gates we will have to find a Health & Safety Executive officer to give written permission, in triplicate, to close them.
