So much for having drained the swamp. Donald Trump pardoned assorted rappers, campaign donors, and friends of friends.
But not Julian Assange or Edward Snowden. Republican Senators might otherwise have voted to convict Trump at his impending trial.
This effectively confirms that he intends to run for President in 2024. But to what end, exactly?
