Oliver Kamm's new book has finally received a rating, but still no review, on Amazon. It is a five star rating, painfully obviously awarded by Kamm himself. I am laughing. A lot.

Meanwhile, only the newspaper for which Kamm himself writes has reviewed that book, having given it to someone who was young enough to be told to write or else. I am laughing. A lot.
