Human Intelligence?

This evening will see Second Reading of the Human Intelligence Sources (Criminal Conduct) Bill. As predicted on here, the Labour whip will be to abstain.

Quite how bad would a Bill have to be for the Labour front bench and most of its backbenchers to vote against it? Evidently, it would have to be worse than the authorisation of Police and MI5 informants to commit murder. But remember, Keir Starmer is a "human rights lawyer". Course he is, dear. Course he is.

In each constituency in 2024, there should be one candidate, of any party or none, who subscribed to this and thisThe complete list of those candidates would appear here, and anywhere else that would publish it. If I could raise enough money to be a viable candidate, then I would contest the seat where the most people had offered to sign my nomination papers. Please give generously.
