George Osborne to run the IMF? Why not? Who would be any better? No one whom the IMF would ever appoint. The problem is with the IMF itself.
Like the EU to which Christine Largarde is moving seamlessly, and in which Osborne campaigned vigorously to Remain, this is just what it is. There is no better alternative version.
