Bought And Paid For

Michael Gove used the Today programme to call for people to be able to "buy entitlement" to public services. We already do. The community as a whole buys that entitlement for and on behalf of every member of the community as a whole.

    Exactly. We need to get back to the idea of the commons and the common good.
