The School Governor Shortage

I am very sorry that there are forty thousand unfilled school governorships. Although I did enough of it on the trot to be enjoying the break (yes, it is hard work - so is anything really worth doing), I thoroughly enjoyed it, and I learnt a tremendous amount from doing it. Anyone given the opportunity should grab it.

Perhaps the problem is the insistence that, even beyond the parent-governor category, a certain number of governors must be current parents at the school? People with both jobs and young families do indeed have an awful lot on already.

That is why contraception and family planning are so popular.

  2. Not if some of the people I've served with are anything to go by...

Anyawy, they won't be for much longer. People are starting to work out that Poles and Muslims still have children.

  3. We need an economic system in which parenthood is not subordinate to livelihood, in which one parent can work in the home.

And we won't get taht until we get back to having the full sized fammilies to justify it politically as well as save our society from wholesale Islamisation.
