Do Not Be Bound

No one voted against keeping the uplift in Universal Credit, and the DUP voted in favour of doing so. The Government is ruling nothing out. To keep this kind of clout, then all Opposition parties and enough Conservative MPs need to make it clear that they would vote down the boundary changes.

Those would deliver the same number of MPs, but with 30 Red Wall seats abolished in favour of new Conservative-Liberal Democrat marginals in the Woke Rejoinerland where anyone still believed in Thatcherite economic policy or in Blairite foreign policy.
