"Very Much Hoping To Avoid"

We all know what that means. A third lockdown is coming to Wales, and a third lockdown is coming to Northern Ireland. 

With London and the Home Counties already in Tier 3 as if they were the lowly rest of us, then it would take only a third lockdown in Scotland for a third lockdown to be declared in England as well.

Regular readers will recall that on the evening of the vote on the tiers, this site predicted  that there would be a national lockdown no later than next month.
