What to make of the accession of Rod Liddle to the SDP?
He certainly lives part of the time in a highly marginal seat. He has hinted that he also lives in another one. And you only have to be the First Past the Post.
No one makes predictions these days. But with Rod, the SDP might stand more of a chance than the Independent Group does of holding at least one seat in the next Parliament, which in any case is going to be a hung Parliament.
