Time For Some Integrity

On the Today programme, Sir Alan Duncan said that an explanation of the Integrity Initiative would be on his desk by 10 o'clock this morning. Where is it?

Unless it has been made public by 10 o'clock tomorrow morning, then a Motion of No Confidence in the Government must be proposed. Any MP may do that.

Moreover, it is highly likely that such a Motion might in any case need to be proposed, in view of the content of that explanation.

The Member of Parliament for North West Durham is expected to make a rare appearance in the Palace of Westminster tomorrow. On one or other of these grounds, she needs to propose that Motion. Or, frankly, resign.

Another hung Parliament is coming, and we need our people to hold the balance of power in it. I will stand for this parliamentary seat of North West Durham, if I can raise the £10,000 necessary to mount a serious campaign. Please email davidaslindsay@hotmail.com. Very many thanks.

  1. The only bigger shambles than the Government is the Opposition. Whose Shadow Ministers are now giving speeches at People’s Vote rallies in defiance of their own (official) policy.
