Eastern Front

They certainly do have.

The Baltic States spend next to nothing on their own defence.

There ought to be no troop deployment to Ukraine without a Commons vote. Now-Fascist Ukraine is not even in NATO.

Although now-Islamist Turkey is, right there in the Middle East, which is another very good reason to question our own involvement.

With Turkey in NATO, Saudi Arabia might as well be. Would we find that acceptable? Yet that is as good as where we are.

If Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia feel almost no need to contribute to NATO in any meaningful way, then nor should we.

And if Finland, which has an 833-mile land border with Russia, feels no need to be a member of NATO at all, then nor should we.
