Sauce For The Gander

How would a Starmer Government be any different? Keir Starmer's Downing Street would also be full of privileged twentysomethings who thought that they were born to rule and who were so untypical of their generation that they thought that it was normal to drink at work.

The near-bankrupt Labour Party, which was healthily solvent when Starmer became Leader, is storing up dodgy donors who would make those from the Blair years look like the Salvation Army.

And those poll leads, which are much bigger than would ever happen at a General Election, would still translate only into Labour's being the largest party in a hung Parliament. This spring, if Starmer had never changed the party's Brexit policy, then that would have happened in the natural course of events.
