If you claimed Housing Benefit to pay your rent while you owned another residential property and derived rental income from it, then you would go to prison.
Yet 16 MPs are essentially doing this, four of those are Ministers, two of them are in the Cabinet, and one of the others is Victoria Atkins, who is the Minister for Prisons.
