The Labour Party is gushing about Black History Month. Well, publish the Forde Report, then. After this week's farcical Conference, then someone in possession of that document must be willing to leak it.
People who were protesting about anti-black racism during the Leader's Speech are among those who have been suspended from party membership. But they did it in September, I suppose.
There must be someone who can leak the Forde Report.
