The EHRC has no business deciding who may or may not be a member of a political party.
But in calling for its recommendations not to be implemented in full, then Peter Mandelson has gone further than Jeremy Corbyn ever did.
At the very least, why does His Lordship still have the whip?
The Labour Party's rules are for the Left. They have never applied to the Right. Not even under Corbyn. Much less now.
