An average family of four may spend more than one hundred pounds per week on groceries in London, or if they go to very swanky shops, or if they go to very swanky shops in London.
But Ed Miliband's estimate sounds a lot closer to most people in the country at large.
It is clear who is out of touch, and that is not Ed Miliband.
