Nigel Farage is many things, but he is not a fool.
Reform UK's private prosecution might succeed. Or it might fail. Or leave to bring it might be refused. Or the Crown Prosecution Service might take it up, leading to a conviction. Or the CPS might take it up, leading to an acquittal. Or the CPS might take it up and discontinue it.
Any of those outcomes would strike gold.
I’m no fan of our neutered politically corrected police force but the way those officers were thrown under the bus while the Asian thugs who attacked them have got off scot free is “two tier” justice indeed.
