Good morning, Singapore, where 452 of you are reading this as I write. And good evening to 318 readers in the United States. This was the view at the end of my street about three hours ago.
That was the first time that I had been out in well over a week. Depression and chronic pain do not make for a busy social life. But where assisted suicide is legal, then you can now get it for either of those, never mind both. Goodbye to suicide prevention programmes if it were legalised here. What would be the point?
