Raising At Least The Same

Alas, Richard Burgon's amendment will not have been called. What would the Labour whip have been? To vote against it? To abstain, which would if anything have been even worse? What, exactly? And why, exactly?

    10 Tory votes against Third Reading. 44 absentees but not clear how many abstained on principle.
