A Turn To The Pacific

Of all the heebie jeebie Chinese "threats" to Australia, to which are nuclear submarines the answer? And which of them would be a threat to Britain even if it really existed? This is a gimmick, and again I say that the components are going to turn out to be Chinese.

Britain does not need these entanglements. It needs the independent and pacific foreign policy that has been made possible by Brexit, as was reiterated by Ursula von der Leyen's unremarkable State of the Union Address, which said nothing that those of us who had been paying attention had not always known.
