The Emiratis are exceptionally close to Britain, exceptionally close to David Cameron, and set to buy the Daily Telegraph and The Spectator.
I may be no fan of Cameron, or of the Telegraph Group, or of the Gulf despots, but there may be life in Tory Arabism yet.
It's upsetting all the right people.
