With prescription charges set to rise again in England, the alternative would apparently be "Venezuela and Zimbabwe". So, which of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland is Venezuela, which is Zimbabwe, and what is the other one?
This Government might abolish prescription charges in its second term, when it is really going to have to start making an effort. But a three-term Labour Government never did so, and control of the Labour Party is about to pass back to that Government's devotees, if they ever truly lost that control.
Ours is the 2020 Vision of a new political party, a new think tank, a new weekly newspaper, a new monthly cultural review, a new quarterly academic journal, and so much else besides.
