No offence to Queen's University, Belfast. But when the news about Hillary Clinton is that she is to become its Chancellor, then that makes me laugh. A lot.

Perhaps it shouldn't. NATO Turkey is to intervene officially and directly in the latest phase of the never-ending Libyan Civil War. All the interventions have been horrendous. But Libya has turned out to have been the worst of the lot.
