So much for Donald Trump.
And so much for the deterrent value of nuclear weapons.
In 2003, we invaded a country precisely because it had nuclear weapons.
It didn't really have them, just as it is not proven that North Korea has them, either.
But the insistence that it possessed previously unknown ones that could be deployed within 45 minutes, and which could hit New York from Mesopotamia, was the one and only argument made for the invasion of Iraq.
That invasion went ahead.
