I've no idea. The point of Kamm's book appears to be that there are no rules governing language and no such thing as incorrect grammar. He's debated the famous grammar stickler Simon Heffer-whose own book argues the opposite-on this before.
I never realised that-despite disagreeing on everything-Oliver Kamm and Peter Hitchens are on good terms.
