A Place In The Sun

After that picture of Ed Miliband holding it, it ought to offer him a column.

At least once the Hillsborough Inquest has delivered its verdict, why not?

Unless I am very much mistaken, The Sun already has at least two Labour Party members as weekly commentators.

The end of Page 3 might be the price of signing up the next Prime Minister.

But The Sun managed to go out today without that very twentieth-century feature. It is already coming to the end of its natural life.

  1. "Ban Page 3" is such a cliche and such a popular cause of the right-on crowd, celebrity bores and The Guardian that I kind of feel a duty to defend it.

Nobody forces the models to do it and nobody forces anyone to buy the Sun.

In both cases they do it because they want to.

In a free country we just have to get over that.
