The Worst Chancellor Ever
He strikes again.
The 4G auction has raised more than a billion pounds less than he said that it would.
And more than 90 per cent less than the 3G auction did.
"....the Treasury's loss is our gain as savings will be passed on to the consumer in the form of lower bills for a better service and continued subsidies for mobile handsets."
