Oppressive
The Muslim Brotherhood's President of Egypt cheers on the Syrian "uprising".
The Egyptian parent-body might have been patient of negotiation, although the chances are fading fast because we have chosen to forget our own history.
Imitators, especially in what has never been the British sphere of influence, such as Syria, are a whole other story.
