On 30th March, the European Commission, elected by no one at all, extended the rights of entry, abode and work enjoyed by the citizens of EU member-states to the citizens of Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Croatia (which is joining the EU, anyway), the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, and Israel.
That would of course be the same Turkey the Islamist government of which is about to invade Syria on the rebel side that has already burnt all the Christians out of Homs and wants to do the same across the entire country.
That would of course be the same Tunisia that has declared herself "the Fourth Caliphate" under exactly the sort of Leninist-Islamist alliance that Respect and the Stop the War Coalition are berated for being, not without cause.
And that would of course be the same Israel whose Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister wants to take away the citizenship both of the Arabs, including the ancient indigenous Christians, and of the ultra-Orthodox Jews, while another party in the governing coalition believes that Gentiles were created as beasts of burden.
But then, look at the people who are already legislating for us in the Council of Ministers and in the European Parliament.
