"A Workshy Generation"?
If so (and I am not necessarily saying that it is), then when, David Cameron, did that generation begin? Who was Prime Minister at the time? But the Welfare State goes back a lot further than that.
If Cameron is concerned about people remaining idle then why support austerity and oppose public employment? Why not occupy all those idle people with public works job
