Kevin Maguire wonders in the New Statesman about the Royal Wedding party at the Carlton Club organised by Andrew Rosindell MP, an old Monday Clubber (there are a lot of them about), on behalf of the British-Liechtenstein All-Party Parliamentary Group. Maguire postulates that, "Perhaps the Windsors pine for their Saxe-Coburg-Gotha roots".
But in fact, although Liechtenstein’s National Anthem has the same tune as our own, the present heiress to the Stuart claim to the Thrones of England, Scotland and Ireland is married to the present occupant of the Throne of Liechtenstein, making their eldest son next in line to both.
