Root Canal
So, the Israelis now get to decide who may or may not use the Suez Canal, do they? When did that happen? And how? Or didn't it? In which case, when is someone going to tell them where to get off?
I sometimes listen to right-wing radio stations and I noticed that during the Egyptian uprising many callers were worried about the fate of the Suez Canal and suggested that Israel take it over militarily.
I fear that if Israel does end up taking some kind of drastic action in the Middle East, there will be plenty of people in the U.S. that will be completely behind her. I think this helps to at least partially explain why the Israelis think they can dictate to the whole region. They have powerful friends.
