The Coalition does not recognise that we cannot deliver the welfare provisions and the other public services that our people have rightly come to expect unless we know how many people there are in this country, unless we control immigration properly, and unless we insist that everyone use spoken and written English to the necessary level.

These entire concepts are beyond Cameron and Clegg. Instead, they will let in absolutely anyone who is already on forty grand, which they think is poor, Cameron having publicly defined "the middle" as his own thirty million pounds. They are at one with the allegedly conservative Senator-elect Pat Toomey, of the Club for Greed, with its motto of "Invade The World, Invite The World, In Hock To The World".
