Greek Tragedy? Or Farce?

Whom did Newsnight find to make the case for the Euro, not that it matters what he was saying? Him.

Complaints should be directed to the BBC. I mean that. They really should be, in the strongest possible terms.

    Rights and their responsible excercise are two different things.

    Could they really not find anyone else? I suppose not. And that says a very great deal.

    Why would a Times leader writer with a professional background in finance and economics and a longterm interest in continental European politics not be qualified to discuss the Euro on Newsnight?
