Spot The Indifference
"Police indifference" is being blamed by supermarkets for their perceived need to write to suspected shoplifters demanding compensation.
I honestly don't know where to begin with this one. Over to you.
Preventing crime is, after preventing enemy invasion, the most important duty of government & the thing which justifies them having a monopoly on the use of force. Maybe we should put Tesco in charge of the army.
