The lucky people of Manchester now have the chance to kill off identity cards once and for all.
The people of Belfast and surrounding area are even luckier. With an International Agreement stating that they have a perfect right to describe themselves as British, Irish or both, they cannot therefore be compelled to carry an ID card stating that they are one of these things. Dont you wish you were me?
