Justice For Damian Green
Having been charged, he should have had his day in court, to confront his accusers and clear his name.
He was never charged.

ReplyDeleteHe was charged if it went to the CPS. Before that, it's just the Police.
Prosecution should be back in the hands of the police using local solicitors who made it part and parcel of their ordinary work.
