The World At One billed Peter Lilley as "the veteran Eurosceptic". What, from back when he campaigned for a Yes vote in the 1976 referendum (that was how he met his wife)? Or from back when he voted in favour of the Single European Act? Or from back when he was in John Major's Cabinet at the time of Masstricht? When, exactly?
From back when he and David Davis were busy campaigning against the "bastards" who voted against Maastricht, presumably! Except of course that they've never really stopped.
