See You In Court, Tony
The Ministry of Defence is desperately trying to con and browbeat the higher courts into banning coroners' verdicts that leave it open to civil liability for the deaths of service personnel in the course of the arguably unlawful war in Afghanistan and the certainly unlawful war in Iraq. I hope and expect that it will be told exactly where to go. If someone has been unlawfully killed, then someone has been unlawfully killed, and whoever is responsible must be held responsible to the full extent of the law.
