HIV positive people need all the cheering up that they can get, I suppose. But just as they are let into America, and for that matter just as it looks as if the insurance problem for the rest of us may finally be sorted out, some of us with politically less fashionable conditions, boringly related neither to sex nor to drugs, face a travel ban in the form of ridiculous, hysterical "anti-terrorism" measures.
