The knighting of Sir Simon Burns MP is David Cameron's and this Government's endorsement of Hillary Clinton.
All the more reason to oppose Hillary Clinton.
And all the more reason to kick out David Cameron and this Government.
By the way, all you Ready For Hillary types in and around the British Labour Party, Hillary Clinton is older than Jeremy Corbyn.
Or, to make the point another way, Jeremy Corbyn is younger than Hillary Clinton.
As you yourselves might put it, "Just sayin'."
Simon Burns is an Obama supporter who has always supported the Democrats. See below.
ReplyDeleteYou're talking out of your backside again.

Silly boy.
DeleteTalk the words right out of my mouth, Mr. L. Your knowledge of these matters is encyclopaedic. That link is from 2012, how old was Anon 13:54 in 2012? What was he doing on here at 13:54, during the school day?
DeleteI set out Sir Simon's history only about three weeks ago, when I also predicted his knighthood.
DeleteA truly fascinating insight into the Silly Boy's mind, that he thinks that having become an Obama supporter once Obama had become President somehow precluded having been a Clinton supporter beforehand, or precludes being one now.
Silly, silly, silly, silly, silly, silly boy.
"The big news from the Queen's Speech was the absence of any proposal to do anything at all about the Human Rights Act. "Consultation, blah blah blah." It has been dropped. Dropped, because Cameron could not get it past his own party. His majority is only about half of even Major's. Watch that space.
Delete"Who wields the power on the Conservative benches was evident from the choice of Simon Burns as the old stager to move the Loyal Address.
"Burns is a lifelong member of the American Democratic Party (I am not sure how, but he is) who participated in the Presidential campaigns of George McGovern, Ted Kennedy and Hillary Clinton, and who has stated his intention to campaign for Clinton again. Already a longstanding Conservative MP, Burns went to the trouble of campaigning unsuccessfully for Kathleen Kennedy Townsend to be elected as Governor of Maryland in 2002.
"With the Privy Council already under his belt, and with his knighthood clearly in the bag, such was the person who was deemed most suitable to move the Loyal Address following the first all-Conservative Queen's Speech in 19 years, with a smiling Ken Clarke sitting in close proximity to him. And the Human Rights Act is staying exactly as it is."

You are in a class of your own, Mr. L.
