If you felt strongly that Ukraine should be run by the Azov Battalion rather than by Vladimir Putin, then no doubt the Ukrainian Embassy would be pleased to receive your enlistment in its Army. Likewise, if you felt strongly that Ukraine should be run by Putin rather than by that Battalion, then feel free to enlist at the Russian Embassy.
Although quite what you would be joining in the first case is far from clear. Neither side of those talks in Geneva seems to think that there is any such sovereign state as Ukraine. The Russians think that it is part of Russia, while the Americans think that it is theirs to give away, at least after a small amount of consultation with NATO and the EU, of neither of which Ukraine is a member.
